McGourtys Bar, Main Street, Castlerea is a family run public house which caters for parties and coach tours as well as our regulars.

Opened in November 2012 We are continuously working  hard to upgrade and improve facilities. 

 

We are THE live music venue in Castlerea and pride ourselves on being  THE destination pub in the popular town of Castlerea for all things Sporty, especially GAA.  A Warm & Friendly Traditional Bar with Live Music & Live Sports on the  ground floor leading to our Courtyard Beer Garden. We are an ideal venue for your Everyday Needs and Your Special Occasions. We are fully disable accessible with disabled toilet facilities and baby changing facilities.

 

We can help make your party or event by organizing  your music ,reserved seating  & organize some food for your guests to nibble on. We pride ourselves on our professional service, friendliness and cleanliness. With our wealth of experience, we will assist you in having a memorable and dream event.

McGourty's is open late 7 days and nights a week with some of Irelands best music most  weekends

With many years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing a professional and sensitive service at receptions following funeral.

 

We appreciate that the nature of funerals make forward planning difficult, but will strive to help plan the arrangements and to assist at what is a difficult time for those involved.
